University & Oxbridge Interview Coaching

Children work hard on the ‘what’ but that won’t matter if the delivery is off. I teach core skills in presence, ariticulation, pausing and energy to make them stand out in an interview.

Scholarship & School entry Interview Preparation

Speaking Skills Power Hours

Most interview preparation focuses on the 'right' answers.
But high-performing interviewers stand out because of how they speak — not just what they say.

Founder Jude runs exclusive power hour sessions for pupils applying for Universities and Scholarships.

Jude has 16 years as a specialist LAMDA and speech & drama teacher, and 10 years coaching senior executives and leaders in voice and communication. That rare combination — deep exam expertise and professional-level communication coaching — is what makes these sessions different.

Recent Parent:

“Fantastic thank you Jude! She’s delighted! Thank you so much for all your help, you’ve done a fantastic job and it’s very much appreciated.”

Who are we and what do we do?
From Founder Jude Bolton

What do we do? Students learn:

  • How to use their voice to sound confident, clear, and mature

  • How to engage the interviewer through presence, posture, and energy

  • How to build instant rapport

  • How to communicate with natural authority

  • How to stay grounded under pressure

  • How to express themselves authentically rather than sounding rehearsed

This is expert-level communication coaching normally reserved for corporate leaders translated for young people. Build confidence in a fun, comfortable environment and give pupils the individual attention they need to learn key skills in speaking and performance.

What are you waiting for? Sign your child up for a 1:1 online or in-person (Hove) and help them to communicate with friends and teachers now and colleagues in the future. Teach them to sell, educate, and inspire others so they can be a better communicator, for life.

Ali, Harpenden

She led some assembly talks at school and I feel the confidence she’s found to do that has been largely gained from Finding Voices.  It’s been great for her to do the exams and she was able to achieve a distinction in the last one which she was delighted with.”

Lewis, Yr 9

“I really enjoy Finding Voices as it is enjoyable but also a test of your skills.”

Exam Preparation (LAMDA)

We make speaking in front of others a normal thing to do, teaching life skills and techniques for Acting and Public Speaking. Pupils prepare for optional exams (face to face or remote) with the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA)

Remote Learning

From preparing for an Interview, to improving presence for a presentation or scholarship opportunity, we help children communicate with authority and authenticity.

  • You wouldn't be expected to pick up an instrument if you hadn't played before. Why are we expected to be confident speakers without learning first?
